I’ve been really enjoying this tea in the afternoons. It smells lovely while it’s brewing, fresh but not overpowering, and the taste is smooth and clean. There’s no odd bitter aftertaste, which is always a bonus and feels like something that should be avoidable in a good tea anyway. I’d happily buy it again.

I bought some tea as a birthday gift, and it seemed to go down really well. The packaging was nice too, so I didn’t really have to do much extra besides maybe add a card. Overall, I’d say it was a good little gift idea.

I had a small question about my order and was surprised by how quickly they replied. The message felt friendly and personal, not like some generic copy-and-paste response. They sorted everything out without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Based on this experience, I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

I placed my order quickly and everything went fine. I was a little confused at first because I expected there to be more steps, but it was simple and no fuss.

I really like that this tea is sourced responsibly, and that was the main reason I bought it. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the flavor. It’s nice enough, but I expected something a little richer or more memorable.

My first thought was: yep, this was easy. I ordered from True Tea Company and the parcel showed up quicker than I expected. Tracking was straightforward enough, everything arrived in good shape, and there were no issues at all. Quick snap judgment: reliable, simple, and I’d order again.

I was happy with this tea overall. The flavors are nice, the prices feel fair, and the delivery went smoothly too. For the price, what more can you ask for?? I’d definitely buy it again.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering from True Tea Company: once you open the bags, you’ll probably notice straight away that this isn’t the usual stale supermarket stuff. I ordered a few different teas and they arrived fresh, properly packed, and the smell was the first thing that stood out.

The taste is really clean, and the leaves actually look like good quality tea rather than dusty leftovers. Delivery was smooth too, so no complaints there. Public warning though, if you try these, don’t be surprised if your regular tea suddenly doesn’t cut it anymore. I’ll definitely be ordering again when I run out
